Caleb was putting away (into the sink) his dinner plate, and I noticed he had not quite finished his meal.
I said, "Caleb, you won't get more fruit, if you don't eat the rest of that."

To which he replied, "Hellooooooooooooooo... Gum, MOM!"
Good thing Brant was behind him and Caleb couldn't see Brant nearly shoot beer out his nose with hysterical, but silent laughter.
See, Caleb had another GREAT day at school today. And, since he did, he earned EITHER computer time BEFORE dinner or a piece of gum AFTER dinner.
Apparently he remembered and was ready to take payment on his day done well.
