Adding to the mounting issues at my house...
Friday night, the coldest night we've had in a long time, the electricity went out on our block. This happened at about 9:15. So, the stubborn 3 of us bundled up together in our bed under layers and layers of blankets. We just kind of fell asleep waiting for the electricity to come back on. I woke up at about 3:30 (according to the cell phone I was still gripping in my hand). The alarm clock was blinking 2:40. So, I guess the electricity came back on after midnight. And, brrrr! it was so cold. But we were all snuggled up and comfy.
